ASRS DESIGN ASRS cranes move lengthwise along the aisles between warehouse racking, where they enter, position and extract product. The handling system picks the product from the appropriate bays and subsequently places them in the storage cells and vice versa. The handling of product is completely automatic, fast, and safe.

Here at Elite we know how important it is to have your robot up and running. Our preventive maintenance plan will help keep track of each of your robots by serial number and its condition when we come on site. We use this to determine the best course of action to care for each specific robot.

In today’s fast-paced production environments, picking and packing operations ask a lot from human operators since they demand uninterrupted speed, accuracy and dexterity. Elite provides a system that is a plug and play palletizer. This collaborative robot can be forklifted into place at the end of your conveyor. All it needs is a couple inputs from you. The conveyor position and the pallet position and the box size will need to be taught. After those have been taught the robot can palletize your product with ease. The great thing about these robots is they don’t have to be put inside a robotic cell. It is user friendly and can work around people. If they happen to bump into a person they will stop where they are. To continue doing its task it just takes a push of a button and it will continue right where it left off. 

iRVision is FANUC’s unique, fully robot integrated visual detection system enabling the robots to see in order to manage production settings in a faster, smarter and more reliable way. This increases the overall production flexibility and efficiency in the workplace.  The iRVision application solution can be implemented without complicated programming or expert knowledge. The need to place the work piece in an exact position for the robot to grip is no longer required, as iRVision recognizes the work piece independently. This results in a high operational efficiency of the overall process.  The solution is applicable to various industries (Automotive, Food, Metal, Plastic, Automotive, Pharma, etc.) and can be customized according to your various needs.
